Water-Resistant Paper
Printing the book on water-resistant paper would add significantly to the cost. Instead, it is printed on a nice coated paper.
Tabs for Chapter Dividers
The book has printed tabs that bleed off the edge of the page, so it is easy to find each section. Die-cut tabs would add significantly to the cost.
Spanish Version
The book is not available in Spanish, but I would consider producing a Spanish version for any agency willing to fund the project, including the cost of translation.
Instructor's Manual
There has not been sufficient customer interest to make creating an instructor's manual cost-effective.
Book on CD
I may put the book on CD someday. However, the limited customer demand and concerns about copyright protection make it not the right business move now.
