Ordering Information

You can phone, fax, or mail in your order. If you wish to email your order, please do not include credit card information. Email is not secure. You can email everything else, then provide credit card information by phone or fax.

We now also offer invoicing through our Square account. Once your order is processed and final costs are known, we can send you an invoice through Square, and you can pay securely online. Please provide your email address for this option.

Online ordering is currently not available due to the increased cost and logistics of offering that service.

The Firebelle Productions Product Catalog contains product descriptions, pricing information, and an order form. It is not required that you use our order form. You may use your own purchase order form as long as it contains all the information we need to process your order.

Our terms are prepaid or net 30 days. We accept cash, checks, money orders, purchase orders, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through our Square account.

Bulk Sales Policy

Return Policy

If a book doesn't meet your needs, you can return it in good condition and we well refund your money or cancel your invoice.
